Amparo by Mosaic is a boutique development of 16 two and three-bedroom residences across five levels in Taringa. Designed with BDA Architects and completed by Mosaic Construction, the building uses an elevated north-east orientation to capture city and suburban outlooks. Residences feature expansive glazing, generous terraces, timber flooring, high ceilings and premium kitchens. A rooftop pool, seating area and barbecue and dining space provide a private recreation setting for residents.
Amparo is one of several Mosaic projects on which Stratacare has worked across South East Queensland. Our role was to establish governance, budgets and management arrangements suited to a highly considered, low-density building, preserving the simplicity expected of a boutique owner-occupier community. Stratacare continues to support the completed community through ongoing body corporate management.
