You do not need a licence to start. You need the right attitude.

Many people assume you need previous strata experience to work in body corporate management. In Queensland, that’s often not the case.

Career paths vary depending on your role and interests. Many team members choose to develop specialist knowledge, while others progress into leadership and management positions over time.

How we hire

We’re looking for people who enjoy helping others, communicate professionally and want to be part of a team that values relationships.
