The following checklist is intended to support our Developer's with the pre-registration process, supporting a smooth post registration/settlement period.

Insurance Valuation
The BCCM legislation requires the Original Owner to provide the body corporate with a quantity surveyor prepared valuation, of which the insurance policy is required to match.
Our office can arrange this on your behalf for the fee outlined in our email.
