Stuart Davis is an experienced Body Corporate Manager who has been with Stratacare for over 2 years.
After cutting his teeth as a Portfolio Assistant, Stuart has diligently worked his way up to become a full-time Body Corporate Manager, managing his own dynamic portfolio of properties.
Stuart is a skilled communicator and mediator that is recognized for his excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
In his daily duties, Stuart’s responsibilities include, managing and maintaining properties in accordance with regulations and bylaws, responding to requests and queries from stakeholders, preparing budgets and financial reports, and chairing meetings with owners and other stakeholders.
He also liaises with contractors, service providers, and other external parties as required to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
In addition to his professional experience and skills, Stuart is committed to professionalism, ethical behaviour, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to work. He is a valuable member of our team and an asset to our company.
Outside the office, Stuart has a passion for music, has two pet snakes and enjoys playing a round of golf every weekend.
