One of the newer members of Stratacare, Stacey joined our body corporate management team in 2022 excited about the opportunity to learn and challenge herself in a new industry.
A strata natural with a background in hotel and property management, Stacey enjoys the fast-paced environment and challenges that each day bring, rapidly establishing herself as an expert in understanding bodies corporate and how they operate.
Day-to-day, Stacey provides excellent service to her clients by calling and holding meetings, advising on legislation, assisting with general repairs and common area maintenance, as well as assisting the Committee and Owners with general enquiries and requests.
Possessing strong organisational skills Stacey can comfortably juggle multiple issue at a time, dealing with conflicts and solving problems on top of a heavy workload.
Stacey’s excellent interpersonal skills allow her to form strong working relationships with clients, mediate difficult situations and interact with diverse range of people providing expert advice on anything from financial management, legislation, contract negotiations or dispute resolution.
Having moved from Adelaide 4 years ago, in her spare time Stacey enjoys getting out and about with family and friends to explore Queensland.
