Shannon joined Stratacare in 2025 as a Body Corporate Manager.
With a strong background in both real estate and strata, she brings exceptional communication skills and a well-rounded understanding of the needs and priorities of owners, property managers, tenants, and trades. Shannon is proactive in delivering practical solutions and positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
Her ability to build meaningful connections and maintain long-lasting professional relationships—honed during her years in real estate—continues to support her success in the Body Corporate Management role.
Shannon brings 3.5 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager (PA) at Ernst Body Corporate Management, along with a comprehensive history in both property management and sales across existing homes and new house-and-land projects since 2012.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending quality time with her two children and exploring her creative hobbies.
