How To Change Managers

Switching to Stratacare is easy and can be completed in a few simple steps:

  1. Contact Stratacare for a confidential discussion to better understand your needs and concerns.
  2. Determine the expiry date of your current agreement.
  3. Instruct your current manager to include Stratacare’s agreement and the motion for appointment in the AGM agenda.
  4. Once appointed, Stratacare will arrange a seamless handover of your building from your current manager.

The Handover Process

During the handover process, Stratacare will communicate with the incumbent manager and confirm a date for the collection of the records.

Under legislation, your current Body Corporate Manager must hand over the records within 30 days from the end of the contracted period. Upon collection Stratacare will sort, identify and document all records received.

We will then provide a memo outlining our findings to your Committee outlining and detailing what action has been undertaken in relation to the records received once all data has been analysed and processed into Stratacare’s system.

Your newly appointed Body Corporate Manager will be in regular contact with you to update you on the progress of the handover and ensure no items are overlooked.
