After learning the ropes as PA to Branch Manager Sarah Pearson, Becc was promoted to BCM in 2019 and has quickly established herself as an integral part of the Stratacare Gold Coast team.
As a Body Corporate Manager, Becc assists Bodies Corporates with the day to day running of their schemes including; calling and holding meetings, maintaining records and advising on practices and legislative matters in line with the BCCM Act and relevant regulations.
While new to body corporate management Becc has extensive professional services experience having previously been employed as a client services officer for a financial planning company and legal receptionist for a criminal law firm.
Enthusiastic and hardworking, Becc continues to grow exponentially on a daily basis and with her strong background in customer service and client relations is already an expert communicator and relationship manager.
With great interpersonal skills and a fantastic work ethic, Becc brings to the table a high degree of professionalism and expert advice in assisting bodies corporate with the administration of their schemes, from financial management, to contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
Out of the office Becc enjoys “spending quality time with my husband & two little one’s going to the beach or just chilling out playing fun games with family and friends over a couple drinks”
