Upper House by Aria Property Group is a 33-storey South Brisbane tower designed by Koichi Takada Architects. Its organic facade, dancing balconies and architectural ribbons draw on the form of the Moreton Bay fig tree, while the development delivers 188 residences. Two rooftop levels provide more than 1,000 square metres of wellness and social amenity, including an infinity pool, spas, saunas, gym, yoga studio, boardroom, workspaces, lounge bar, cinema, private dining and wine cellar within tropical landscaping.
Upper House builds on Stratacare’s experience across multiple Aria Property Group developments. Our role focused on the complex body corporate and BMS arrangements required for 189 apartments and two levels of shared wellness, work and entertainment facilities, helping establish a structure designed to support the building well beyond registration.
