The Workstores is a portfolio of strata-titled commercial storage, warehouse, showroom and office developments created by Kevin Miller. The concept provides flexible, owner-occupied space for businesses, trades, online retailers, collectors and recreational storage. Typical specifications include high-clearance ceilings, large electric roller doors, concrete-panel construction, individually metered services, secure gated access, CCTV, communal wash bays and optional mezzanines. Developments have been delivered across multiple Brisbane and Gold Coast locations.
Stratacare was engaged across The Workstores development program, supporting body corporate establishment, budget forecasting and compliance through the pre-sales and marketing phases. With multiple projects delivered in different locations, our focus was on creating a consistent governance and management framework that could be applied across the broader portfolio.
