Seventh Terraces by BluePoint Property is a collection of seven three-level beach homes in Palm Beach, designed by BDA Architecture. Each east-facing residence includes a private rooftop with coastal views, two-car garage, ground-floor courtyard and considered storage. Coastal finishes and generous internal spaces reflect the beachside setting, while the development is positioned approximately 200 metres from the sand and close to Palm Beach cafés and restaurants.
Building on Stratacare’s work with BluePoint Property, our consultancy for Seventh Terraces was shaped around the needs of a seven-home beachside community. The focus was on proportionate governance, transparent cost sharing and simple ongoing administration for the shared building elements.
