Riverfront by Lucindale is a community of 39 two-level, four-bedroom townhomes at the junction of Albany Creek and the South Pine River. The 8-hectare development combines the residential precinct with a recreation hub and extensive communal landscape. Facilities include a 20-metre mineral pool, outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, barbecue areas, gardens, orchards, walking and cycling trails, fire pits and river access. Sustainable initiatives include solar and electric-vehicle provisions, rainwater harvesting and an approach designed to protect local biodiversity.
Working alongside Lucindale, Stratacare helped translate the project’s extensive landscape, recreation and sustainability vision into a workable body corporate model. Our role focused on governance, budgets and long-term responsibility for the community’s substantial shared land, facilities and environmental initiatives.
