Parque on Oxford by Velocity Property Group is a boutique Taringa development comprising 11 three-bedroom townhomes and seven single-level apartments. Designed for generous, low-maintenance living, residences feature open-plan interiors, large balconies, extensive storage and media or office spaces. The townhomes extend across two or three levels, with selected homes incorporating future lift provision. HAL Architects used pergolas and considered orientation to manage natural light, privacy and airflow, while the location offers access to parks, transport and nearby shopping precincts.
Parque on Oxford is one of multiple Velocity Property Group projects supported by Stratacare. Working with the project team, we developed body corporate arrangements that recognised the different operational needs of apartments and multi-level townhomes while keeping governance and cost allocation practical for a boutique community.
