NOVO by Jandera Group is a boutique collection of five contemporary townhomes at 39 Farm Street, Newmarket. The project retains and reinterprets a century-old Queenslander, combining it with Scandinavian barn-inspired forms, metal cladding and a restrained monochrome palette. Interiors use American oak flooring, high ceilings and modern galley kitchens, with living spaces extending to balconies or private yards with built-in barbecues. The location is close to Newmarket Village, Wilston’s café precinct and Newmarket railway station.
Stratacare worked with Jandera Group to establish the body corporate requirements for this boutique townhouse project, balancing the retained Queenslander with the operational needs of the new residences. Our role focused on practical governance, budgeting and a framework designed to remain simple for the future owners to administer.
