Maison is a six-level collection of five full-floor residences at New Farm, developed by Graya and Frank Developments and designed by Joe Adsett Architects. Each residence exceeds 240 square metres and captures city and river views with the privacy of a single-home floorplate. Curved plank-form concrete, cascading planter boxes and a landscaped facade soften the building’s streetscape presence. Passive planning supports solar control and cross-ventilation, while a rooftop pool and dining area provide shared recreation space.
Working alongside Graya and Frank Developments, Stratacare helped establish a body corporate model suited to five full-floor homes with shared premium facilities. The approach prioritised straightforward governance, carefully considered budgets and management arrangements that respect the private, house-like character of the development.
