Luna by Forme is a 10-level beachfront building in Burleigh Heads, comprising seven full-floor residences and one dual-level penthouse. Designed by Plus Architecture with interiors by Mim Design, each 261-square-metre residence includes three ensuited bedrooms, a study, dry bar, custom kitchen and integrated outdoor kitchen. Fourteen metres of floor-to-ceiling glazing frames views across Burleigh Beach. Resident facilities include a private pool, wet-edge sun lounge, sauna and gym within landscaped surrounds.
Stratacare partnered with Forme and the consultant team to establish a body corporate framework proportionate to this highly exclusive full-floor residence model. Our focus was on clear governance, realistic long-term budgets and management arrangements suited to a small community with premium beachfront assets.
