Haven is a 26-storey mixed-use development in Newstead delivered by HCAP Developments with Marquee Development Partners. The project comprises 220 apartments and penthouses above premium ground-floor retail, positioned between the Gasworks precinct and Waterfront Park. Designed by Cottee Parker with retail design by Richards & Spence, the building captures river, city and parkland views. Resident facilities include a rooftop skydeck, infinity pool, sun decks, fire pit, barbecue area, yoga lawn and concierge services.
Working with HCAP Developments and Marquee Development Partners, Stratacare helped establish body corporate arrangements for a substantial mixed-use building with apartments, retail and extensive rooftop facilities. The consultancy focused on clear responsibilities, sustainable budgets and management structures that support the different uses within the completed development.
