The location provides access to local schools, shopping and transport connections within the northern Gold Coast growth corridor.
Stratacare worked with Coast Future Development throughout the establishment of this staged townhouse community and continues as Body Corporate Manager. Our involvement focused on governance, budgeting and cost-allocation structures that could remain effective as the development progressed from delivery into a fully operating 104-home community.
