The Mondrian Gold Coast Hotel and Residences is a beachfront development by Vitale Property Group comprising two towers connected by a podium. The residential tower, Burleigh Heads Residences, contains 84 two, three and four-bedroom homes, including skyhomes and a penthouse, while the adjoining hotel contains 208 guest rooms. Designed by Elenberg Fraser with interiors by Studio Carter, the project combines private resident facilities with selected hotel services, including pools, fitness, spa, conference and dining spaces.
Working alongside Vitale Group and the project’s specialist advisers, Stratacare supported the establishment of a governance framework capable of managing the relationship between private residences, hotel operations and shared premium facilities. The consultancy focused on clear operational responsibilities, budgets and long-term management arrangements for this distinctive beachfront development.
