Brisbane 1 is a major mixed-use development by R&F Property Australia occupying a full South Brisbane city block. Designed by Bureau Proberts and built by Hutchinson Builders, the precinct comprises 608 apartments across three towers rising to 33 storeys, with integrated ground-floor retail. A shared recreation deck links the towers and includes a 25-metre lagoon pool, barbecue and alfresco dining areas. Further amenities include spas, plunge pools, rooftop terraces, a gymnasium, theatre, sauna, children’s playroom and resident entertainment spaces.
Stratacare worked with R&F Property Australia from project inception through registration on the governance arrangements for this complex layered development. Our role centred on coordinating three subsidiary schemes, a principal body corporate, commercial interests, shared facilities and the BMS so the precinct could operate cohesively after completion. Stratacare continues as Body Corporate Manager.
