Augusta by Mosaic is a 13-level Burleigh Heads development comprising 34 two and three-bedroom residences and sky homes. Designed with BDA Architecture and built by Mosaic Construction, its undulating baton facade responds to the movement of the nearby Pacific Ocean. Light-filled interiors use floor-to-ceiling glazing, bespoke detailing and generous balconies to connect homes with the coast. Resident facilities include a resort-style pool, rinse-off shower, bike storage and landscaped barbecue, dining and entertaining areas.
Building on Stratacare’s wider relationship with Mosaic Property Group, our consultancy supported the body corporate establishment of this limited beachfront collection. The focus was on a clear governance and financial framework appropriate to a premium, low-density community, before transitioning into ongoing body corporate management.
