Amira is an eight-storey East Brisbane development by Aria Property Group, designed by Rothelowman with landscape design by RPS Group. Inspired by Moroccan architecture, its interconnected building form uses terracotta tones, detailed screening and earthy materials, with views across Raymond Park and the Brisbane skyline. The residents’ rooftop club incorporates a pool, fitness centre, dining room, barbecue facilities, lawn and relaxation areas. Additional resident services include visitor parking, parcel lockers and bicycle facilities, while ground-floor retail activates the street frontage.
Amira forms part of Stratacare’s broader portfolio of work with Aria Property Group. For this project, our consultancy helped shape a practical body corporate and BMS framework for the residential, retail and shared-service components, with Stratacare continuing alongside the community as Body Corporate Manager. Stratacare continues to support the completed community through ongoing body corporate management.
