Well versed with the complicated Queensland BUGTA legislation, Michelle has second-to-none knowledge of the intricacies involved with managing and assisting bodies corporate under this type of regulation, including dealing with the various pathways of communications required.
Day-to-day, Michelle helps develop and implement budgets, plans, and policies for each property, communicates with owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth operation of each community, mediates and resolves conflicts among stakeholders and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
With a background in hospitality management coupled with great communication skills, Michelle is an expert in assisting with mediation for conflict resolution and maintaining the peaceful enjoyment for all residents in her portfolio.
