Keen to experience new challenges and drawn to the dynamic working environment, Laura joined the Stratacare team in 2019.
As a Body Corporate Manager, Laura assists Bodies Corporates with the day to day running of their schemes including; calling and holding meetings, maintaining records and advising on practices and legislative matters in line with the BCCM Act and relevant regulations.
Highly qualified for the role, Laura has over 6 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry including 3 years as a Body Corporate Manager in both the Northern Territory and Queensland and has a Diploma in Property Services.
From her experience as General Manager of a realty firm in Darwin, Laura developed an expertise in adaptability and finding solutions where others can’t. This ability to think-on-her-feet and intercept issues gives her clients the reassurance that their objectives are being pursued with innovation and diligence.
After moving back to Brisbane to join Stratacare as a portfolio assistant, Laura rapidly established herself as an integral part of the Body Corporate Management team and swiftly graduated to managing her own diverse portfolio.
During her time as a manager Laura has developed strong conflict resolution skills, which she is able to apply to the varied challenges faced by Bodies Corporate on a daily basis. A mediator by nature, bringing a diverse range of stakeholders together to achieve amicable and effective solutions provides Laura with both a professional and a personal sense of achievement.
Laura’s interests include kick boxing, reading, sewing and gardening.
