With over 29 years of experience in the strata industry, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the management of complex schemes across Queensland. Her career has spanned from Port Douglas to the Gold Coast, where she has successfully overseen a wide variety of strata properties, including resorts, hotel-style buildings, layered schemes, and Building Management Statements (BMSs).
Kristen has developed a strong specialisation in schemes registered under the Accommodation Module, where her deep understanding of the unique challenges they present has consistently delivered results for clients.
Her professional qualifications include a Certificate IV in Strata Management (2004) and a Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate) (2009). Kristen has held senior positions with several leading strata firms including Stansure, Bright & Duggan/CMS, Archers—where she also served as Head of the Mentoring and Training Committee—SSKB and Sovereign Strata, where she was General Manager.
In addition to her extensive background in strata, Kristen brings 17 years of experience in Management Rights, further enriching her practical knowledge and client-focused approach.
Outside of work, Kristen enjoys camping, choral singing, candle making and spending quality time with her family.
