Josephine joined Stratacare in 2026 as the inaugural member of our Strata Support team, bringing with her a diverse professional background spanning education, administration, customer service and operational support.
Holding a Bachelor of Business Management from The University of Queensland, Josephine has built her career around organisation, problem-solving and helping people. Prior to joining Stratacare, she gained extensive experience across a variety of industries, including education, professional services and administration-focused roles, developing strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach to her work.
In her role as Strata Support, Josephine works across multiple areas of the business, providing operational assistance that helps ensure the seamless delivery of services to our clients and communities. Her ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with different teams makes her a valuable resource across the organisation.
Josephine enjoys the variety that comes with supporting a dynamic and fast-paced business and takes pride in contributing to positive outcomes for both clients and colleagues. Her attention to detail, strong organisational skills and commitment to delivering exceptional service have already made a positive impact across the Brisbane office.
As Stratacare continues to grow, Josephine’s role is helping strengthen the support systems that enable our team to provide the responsive, client-focused service we are known for.
Outside of work, Josephine enjoys running after dogs in the hopes of booping a nose, breathing deeply whilst on a mountain surrounded by snow and trying to build anything from scratch, usually armed with too much optimism and the firm belief that everything will work out perfectly, regardless of the evidence to the contrary.
