Jo is Stratacare’s General Manager having been with the company since 2009.
Initially engaged as a Body Corporate Manager, Jo performed at a consistently high level and over a six-year period progressed to the senior position she holds today.
As General Manager, Jo oversees the administration of a vast range of high profile residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes.
A compassionate communicator and highly qualified, Jo has attained a Certificate IV in Property Services as well as more than a decade of strata industry experience.
Being knowledgeable in all areas of body corporate management Jo has the background and expertise to support Stratacare’s body corporate managers and the administrative know how to ensure all our operations run smoothly.
Solution focused, Jo is a talented negotiator — some would say a ‘born diplomat’ and is frequently called upon to manage competing demands and navigate dynamic environments.
Jo’s background and empathetic approach to owners and committees greatly contributes to developing and maintaining long-term business relationships as well as producing optimal results for their communities.
