Jess Thompson is an experienced Body Corporate Manager who has been with Stratacare since 2022. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from small residential buildings to large commercial properties, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and results.
Starting off as an Assistant to multiple Body Corporate Managers where she had exposure to a number of portfolios with varied scheme types, Jess has quickly worked her way up to become a full-time Body Corporate Manager with her own dynamic portfolio.
Since becoming a Body Corporate Manager, Jess has demonstrated a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations, allowing her to stay ahead of changing needs and requirements.
Jess has exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling her to effectively convey information, listen to feedback, and build rapport with clients and stakeholders as well as a talent for resolving conflicts and negotiating solutions that satisfy all parties involved.
Day-to-day, Jess’s responsibilities include managing and maintaining properties in accordance with regulations and bylaws, conducting regular site inspections, responding to requests and queries from stakeholders, preparing budgets and financial reports, and chairing meetings with owners and other stakeholders.
She also liaises with contractors, service providers, and other external parties as required to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Being detail-oriented: pays close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of her work.
