Attracted to the strong and supportive culture, Jim joined the team at Stratacare Australia in 2019.
With over 10 years’ experience in the strata industry, Jim has previously worked as a building manager for a large hotel chain before making the switch to strata management. Leaning on this experience, Jim specialises in assisting complicated or high-risk schemes.
Possessing an unyielding work ethic and great interpersonal skills, Jim prides himself on the execution of the vital role of the body corporate manager to create and maintain valued relationships with both clients and key industry stakeholders.
From providing expert advice to clients, to financial management, contract negotiations and dispute resolution, Jim brings to the table a high degree of professionalism and a vast wealth of knowledge in assisting bodies corporate with the administration of their schemes.
Highly qualified, Jim has a Degree in Human Resources, a Diploma in Business Management as well as having attained a Cert IV in Strata Management and Cert IV in Property Services.
Outside the office you can find Jim adventuring in the great outdoors where he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, island hopping, kayaking and occasionally cleaning up in a friendly game of poker.
