Emily joined Stratacare in 2025, bringing with her over nine years of experience in property and community management. Prior to joining the team, she worked for two years in administration for Property Developers before spending nearly seven years at Ernst, progressing from Assistant Community Manager to Community Manager.
Her journey in the strata industry has been driven by a genuine passion for problem-solving and continuous learning. After working her way up, Emily discovered how much she enjoyed the challenges and dynamic nature of body corporate management. She thrives on expanding her knowledge across the multifaceted strata industry, knowing that the more she learns, the better she can support clients and owners.
Emily has extensive experience in repairs and maintenance, working closely with a wide range of trusted contractors to ensure efficient resolutions and satisfactory outcomes. Her strong organisational skills and structured approach enable her to effectively manage daily responsibilities while swiftly addressing urgent matters. With excellent time management and a solutions-focused mindset, Emily consistently ensures her clients receive the highest standard of service.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys hiking, camping and taking day trips—with her dog Mooncake often coming along for the adventure.
