Company Nominee

That the entity named below hereby as proprietor of the below mentioned lot authorises, as its company nominee, the individual/s named below to exercise or perform on its behalf any power, authority, duty or function conferred by or under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 on the entity as proprietor of the said lot.

Under S127 of the Corporations Act 2001 if the company has more than one director, both directors or director and secretary must sign the company nominee form. If the company has a sole director, one signature is fine. It is optional as to whether the lot owner uses the company stamp or not.
