Owner tax statements for the most recent financial year (1 July to 30 June) can be ordered for a fee of $22 including GST. Payment is required at the time of submission. Alternatively, owners can access and download their levy statements free of charge via the StrataMax portal. Please note, however, that the levy statement does not show the full financial year period (1 July to 30 June), so manual calculation may be required when preparing your tax return.
