Strata Support Manager – Brisbane

The Strata Support Manager is a newly created role that gives our strata teams flexible, hands-on support when they need it most. You’ll step into portfolios during leave, staffing gaps and busy periods, so committees and owners continue to receive seamless service.

You’ll work in allocated blocks of time with our Team Leaders, based on business priorities. This frees them to focus on leadership, client relationships and strategy, knowing their portfolios are in capable hands. Alongside this, you’ll manage a small portfolio of key buildings and support our insurance, maintenance, compliance and customer care teams.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced body corporate manager who enjoys variety and wants broad exposure across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Stepping into portfolios with minimal disruption, ensuring continuity of service for committees and stakeholders
• Supporting Team Leaders in allocated blocks of time and aligning with their team’s priorities and workflows
• Managing a small portfolio of key buildings end to end, including correspondence, levy management, meeting coordination, contractor engagement and issue resolution
• Attending AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings, including occasional after-hours and short-notice meetings
• Investigating and resolving complex or sensitive matters, including disputes, maintenance challenges and compliance issues
• Supporting our insurance, maintenance, compliance and customer care teams, with cross-training provided
• Building strong relationships quickly with committee members, owners, contractors and internal teams
• Keeping Team Leaders and the Head of Strata Operations updated on workload, priorities and outcomes
