Botanica Residences in South Brisbane is an iconic residential development which completed
construction in October 2015.
The site combines an abundance of retail and entertainment opportunities with the convenience of
an inner city location.
There are 179 apartments set across 20 levels, with large floor-plans, 2.7m high ceilings, ducted air-
conditioning, six-plus metre frontages and city-wide vistas.
Stratacare worked with the developers of Botanica from the project’s inception, providing
advice on the establishment of the strata scheme, budget forecasts and regulatory documentation.
As well as body corporate management, Stratacare manages bulk utilities at the scheme and works
with the Building Management Group to deliver efficiencies and savings for owners and tenants.
Botanica is the largest multi-unit residential project to be awarded Enviro-Development
accreditation from the UDIA, having achieved the full Six Leaf certification.
The building incorporates one of Queensland’s largest residential green-walls as well as solar panels to
deliver on-trend design with sustainable initiatives.
