From 26 August 2026, Stratacare’s Gold Coast team will be consolidated into our central Southport office following a review of office utilisation and operational requirements.
As client interactions increasingly occur via phone, email and on-site meetings, bringing our team together in one location allows for closer collaboration and greater operational alignment while continuing to deliver the high level of service our clients expect.
The Sanctuary Cove office will close from 26 August 2026; however, there will be no change to the management services provided to Hope Island communities. Our team remains available by phone, email and for on-site meetings as required. Committee meetings and AGMs will continue to be hosted at Hope Island Links Golf Club.
This change reflects our commitment to evolving with our clients’ needs while continuing to provide responsive, professional and local support throughout the Gold Coast region.
