Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience across property management, business ownership and the strata industry, providing clients with a practical and solutions-focused approach to body corporate management.
After relocating to Caloundra from Japan in 2004, Andrew purchased management rights in a Kings Beach property and continues to operate as a Resident Manager, giving him first-hand insight into the day-to-day operation of residential communities. His long-term involvement in strata living and management, together with guidance from his father, who spent more than 25 years as a Body Corporate Manager, inspired his transition into the body corporate profession.
Andrew commenced as a Body Corporate Manager in 2016 and has since managed a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes across the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland. His broad professional background spans hospitality management, international business, advertising, education, property management and strata management, providing a well-rounded perspective when assisting committees and owners.
As Sunshine Coast Branch Manager, Andrew is committed to helping communities navigate their statutory obligations with confidence while delivering practical advice tailored to the unique needs of each scheme. He places a strong emphasis on communication, proactive planning and building trusted relationships, ensuring committees and owners feel supported when making important decisions.
